“When I started coming to the Joanna Vargas spa, I was in my mid-20s & a battered woman & really felt like a shell of a person. Amalia, a tall gorgeous central asian genius, literally put her arm around me & affectionately scooped me to safety, & told me women can do anything. I love “spa therapy” because I vent, the aesthetician vents, & I felt so cared-for & nurtured.

They also had a cool red light full body bed—I’ve tried partial red light at other places, but the full body experience really puts you on another level. I’m autistic & I always consider spa/wellness experiences like this a real part of my sanity routine :) Being treated with genuine love & compassion by beautiful women, it’s just spa therapy & essential. I’m asian & that’s a big part of our culture :)

“Dr. Sarshad is an artist in her craft! She is so gentle, professional, honest and affordable. I look forward to seeing her for my beautification sessions each and every time. I have never looked more refreshed and youthful (which is hard to pull off in these crazy times), but I don't look unnatural which is a feat in itself! The fact that she is a board certified pediatrician is just another plus because she is entrusted with children and babies, therefore can be trusted for any adult. There is no one else I would recommend more than Dr. Sarshad at Happy Hands Aesthetics!

I've been going to her for over six years now, and honestly, it’s been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Over the years, I’ve had Xeomin, Microneedling, and Sculptra treatments with her, and I’ve been so happy with the results. But what really blew me away was her new Xerf treatment—it seriously made a huge difference for my face and neck.

What I love most is how talented she is. She has an amazing eye for enhancing your natural features without making you look like you've had work done. People are always telling me I look great, but they can’t quite figure out what’s different—and that’s exactly what I want. I honestly feel like I’ve barely aged in the last five years.
