Our AC compressor quit overnight, so we called first thing in the morning. A technician arrived that same afternoon, quickly diagnosed the issue, replaced the bad part, and had the air conditioner cooling again in about 30 minutes. The response time was fast, the AC repair was efficient, and the whole service visit felt smooth and professional. We needed a new HVAC system and ductwork, and Orange Hvac made the whole process easy. Josiah and Edward were fast, reasonably priced, and very responsive. We did not realize the ductwork also needed to be replaced until they inspected it and clearly showed us how worn out and damaged it was. After the new system and ducts were installed, the air quality in our home improved right away. Starting the next day, we noticed much less coughing and sneezing that we had assumed was just seasonal allergies. It has only been a few days since the installation of my garage mini-split hvac system, so i can mainly speak about the consultation and install process so far. Edward was very thorough during the consultation. He measured the garage space, checked the best outdoor unit placement options, and looked over the electrical panel to make sure the setup would work well.
