“I had water damage in the kitchen. The floor was buckled and the baseboards and drywall damaged. I wanted things back the way they were. Rick Almira was recommended as someone who worked in Restoration. I was doubtful about what someone could make of this mess, but I called. First and foremost, Rick's communication skills are superb. Second, Rick and his team are hard-working and exude genuine concern for the job. Third, their attention to detail is unsurpassed. The floor looked gorgeous when the team was done. The baseboards were beautiful. The drywall work was flawless. And the paint was a perfect color match. It's like it never happened! Not that I wish water damage or the need for Restoration on anyone, but ARC is on my speed-dial.“

“I would recommend Allen and Andreas to anyone looking into moisture and mold issues. They were frank in their assessment and told me I didn’t have any moisture problems.

Allen and Andreas were honest and communicative with all my concerns. They inspected free of charge and gave me instructions on maintaining humidity levels. They were careful in their assessment and explained things simply to me in layman’s terms.

I gave a call to ServPro in the morning due to moisture and water intrusion concerns. Allen said he’ll come by and check it out that same day in a few hours. He arrived on time with Andreas and searched the exterior for any water intrusion along my windows. Seeing no issues, he said let’s check the inside.

They put on blue plastic boot covers before coming in. He screened every single window we requested on the top, side, and bottom for any moisture incursion from the outside or inside. Finding none he stated there was no issue he could see with our windows or walls. He said a simple dehumidifier would resolve the issues we were having. He responded to all concerns and displayed how his instrument worked for detecting moisture. After the inspection, he told us what signs we would see if there was water or mold damage. He mentioned that a 24/7 leak would have been sensed by the city due to most houses having smart sensors on the water meter in the street.

Overall I had an extremely satisfying experience with Allen and Andreas. 10/10.“

“So let me start by saying I'm demanding. The entire crew were 1. Courteous and respectful (we have a no shoes policy inside the house and they immediately complied), 2. Accommodating (we have two kids and a pet, making any project a nightmare), 3. Communicative (explained every step and process). Dealing with mold is horrific. They fixed the issue without unnecessary damage to the test of the house, they put up plastic and sealed it appropriately. I cannot be more thankful. We had to get a full mold remidiation. It wasn't something out policy covered and we paid out of pocket. We also got mold testing after at well to make sure it was gone. We can't be thankful enough.“
