He arrived on time and fixed the faucet quickly, then discovered what the problem was with the fan, so it didn't need replacing after all. Trust me, I've used them several times and they are THE BEST at what they do.On my latest roof leak, Cam came to the house and spotted the water source in 30 seconds. He also showed me exactly where the water had traveled, where it was settling, where I had water damage, etc. I was skeptical at first because he was just looking at the exterior of the house but sure enough, when his team started the repair and pulled down the plaster and wood he was exactly right.I appreciated that Cam was always available for my calls and he was incredibly patient with my barrage of questions. He sent an estimate that was very thorough and the total cost ended up almost to the penny of what he originally quoted me. “I contacted mold masters to perform air and mold testing in our home after a hot water pipe burst in our crawlspace. We were concerned about potential toxic mold or even black mold. That stuff is really scary! The mold inspector they sent was very honest and professional. He took several mold air samples and sent them to a local lab. Thank goodness the mold results came back normal, which was a relief for me and my family. The report was pretty clear and pretty short and concise. The best part was that the prices were reasonable. I would definitely hire them if I needed to again, but hopefully I never have to again.“

Sinai Construction had done our seismic retrofit, were very satisfied with their work customer service. Because of the positive experience, contact was made.
