I had a leak in my bathtub on the second floor that leaked down to the laundry room on the first floor. It was a mess! I called Servpro- Chris answered. He was very helpful and guided me through a temporary solution before they came and checked it out. I really appreciated his promptness and professionalism. Hopefully I don’t have any more leaks in the future, but if I do, I will be calling this Servpro branch again.
