I have used Servpro twice now, once for a rental property and the second for my personal residence. I was beyond satisfied with their work both times. The level of professionalism and dedication demonstrated by the workers and their supervisor, Raffi, was beyond exemplary. I hate to admit there were times when I texted or called Raffi after 9pm at night but he always made himself available to answer my questions and never made me feel bad about it. My rental property was an unusually complicated and stressful situation and I probably would have lost my mind if I did not have Raffi's level-headedness and willingness to go above and beyond to keep everyone involved satisfied.
