After several rounds of incomplete mold remediation and repairs with different companies, we came across High Velocity Restoration and thank goodness we did. Wes and Ernesto were so kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to not only finally fix the problem 2 other companies couldn't complete, but also help us in a time when our family member was in the hospital. The restoration process that was completed is immaculate. Everything from the dry wall and ceiling repairs to the paint. Thank you so much for all your hard work. This company is GREAT! They came out immediately. Started the job 2 days after the initial inspection. Fairly priced and honest. Explained clearly what was involved and the work they would do.Everyone I dealt with was wonderful. Thoughtful of property, knowledgeable, professional. The entire experience was 10 star!

Everyone has been great throughout the entire process. Between insurance claims and delays in construction (a different company), Wes has kept in touch with me. Yesterday Andrew and his partner (I'm sorry-I missed his name!) began the process of moving everything out of my garage. They let me know immediately when they were able to reach heirlooms I was afraid had been destroyed by water to show me the items were good. They gave packed everything that wasn't in plastic bins into boxes that they labeled and numbered.
