03/26/2024 We discovered water intrusionalong an extrerior wall in front of our house. Water went into the crawl space under the house during this last rain. Ruined two appliances. Sinai Construction had done our seismic retrofit, were very satisfied with their work customer service. Because of the positive experience, contact was made. Daniel promptly answered our call, came out with Fernando to assess the damage, quated a price and start date. Daniel kept us appraised frequently on the progress of the work. I'm pleased to endorse Sinai Construction for a job well done! Last year, we noticed the side of our house had a serious drainage issue. We've lived here for several years, but only noticed the problem recently with the heavier than usual rains. Every time it rained heavily, we experienced serious water intrusion into our usable basement and garage (2 separate areas of the property). I spoke to two other companies who recommended injecting the basement walls from the inside of the basement. I got the impression that those businesses worked on volume and were proposing work that wouldn't actually solve the problem.
