I got a couple remediation bids that were lower, but I went with my gut and hired Advanced Environmental based on their amazing reviews. I am so glad I did! Martin and Martha have been so professional, transparent and thorough.

Advanced Environmental did a great job on the remediation job for our property. They were quick to get our job scheduled, I think they even squeezed us in when they realized how desperate I was to get everything fixed properly for our tenants and they were able to get the job done very quickly. I've referred them many times and will continue to do so!

Amazing, professional service. They not only thoroughly dried everything, they did mold remediation. When another leak occurred, they came right over and didn't even ask for a deposit. Very respectful of the property and of us. They were on time, hire and train top notch employees, and do what they say they will do (unusual nowadays). Highly recommend.
