I recently had a leak in my house and I hired Servpro to assist in mitigating the damage. Servpro immediately came to my house, assessed the damage, and worked with my insurance company to quickly and efficiently dry out and remove the wet walls, flooring and cabinets. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and hard-working. They are currently working with my insurance company to obtain the fair and equitable compensation needed to restore my house back in order. We had water damage to both our bathroom ceilings. What a mess that was. The Servpro superhero team came out for an evaluation. The ceilings were a lost cause, so they removed them and moved in industrial fans and dehumidifiers. They covered every surface of the bathroom to prevent damage to the floor or fixtures. They hauled away all the debris and cleaned up after every visit. They also laid a plastic + paper path from the bathrooms to the front door to avoid tracking dirt. We're having a second Servpro crew in soon to build new ceilings and repaint.
ServPro is incredibly knowledgeable and trustworthy. We love that they're a family business. Brian was such a pleasure to work with. Luckily, we only needed minor help, but we will definitely call them again.
