We had an unexpected and overwhelming clean-up situation and I'm glad I called PureOne. They arrived promptly to give us an estimate, and even gave us multiple estimates incorporating a range of possible services to show us our many options in detail. Chan and his clean-up team were punctual, professional, and efficient. I have a Home health care company part of our job is to go into our clients homes to assist them with everyday needs/Cares and we had a new client who we where about to start working with and we realized there was a hoarding situation and upon a quick google search we found Pure One services ,they came did a walk through and told us how long it would take ,the staff did an amazing job and discreetly,our client was very pleased with the job. We liked how they did the job on time and after that we have used Pure One services for a couple of other jobs not to mention when one of our residents had Covid 19 and we needed them to disinfect the house. Chan and the staff at PureOne were easy to work with. They were more affordable than other quotes I received. I really appreciated how dependable they were and they were easy to communicate with when I needed a couple additional things done.Highly recommended!
