I can’t say enough about Arlen and his team at Servpro Highland Park/Monterey Park.We had extensive water damage and I basically just called a Servpro closest to us. I‘m so happy I did. Arlen was reassuring and helped us through the demo process and dealing with the insurance claim. His workers were so organized and worked very cleanly, if that is even possible during major demolition of ceilings and flooring. I hope we’ll never have water damage again, but if we do, we‘ll call Arlen.

Amazing service! They helped my family with a water issue and did a wonderful job solving the problem, cleaning up the water damage and remodeling the affected rooms. Very reputable company, will def recommend them to friends!

We never had a mold issue and were not sure about next steps after we found a shocking area of mold in one of our bathrooms. Arlen, who was our main point of contact at SERVPRO, was very professional and knowledgeable. He was pleasant to work with, clearly explaining the issue and solution and managing the project throughout. Andres and Alberto who conducted the repair services were efficient, organized, and professional, with minimal intrusion into the rest of our space which we really appreciated. The price was very reasonable and Arlen and team went above and beyond to solve our issue and make our space look good as new. Highly recommend.
