So happy that we were able to resolve our issues. We worked with Angela and she was very helpful. She listened to our side of the story and was able to come to a solution to remedy our problem. We were assured that company policy would be implemented and all employees would be trained and worked with to ensure smooth transactions.
We needed a sewer spill cleanup. We called Restorerz and they came out quickly. Gave a quote and explained how it the process would work. They worked with our insurance and were very kind, helpful and answered any calls or questions I had throughout the process. They made it very easy in a situation that is stressful and important to be done right for health reasons. Thank you!
