Damage Restoration near Alhambra picked by BestProsInTown
“I recently had plumbing issues with my toilet. I called Roto-Roorter. The service man who came out was very professional and friendly. His name is Johnny. I highly recommend him. He is amazing with diagnosing and fixing the problem.”
“We had a leak and Drymaster Restoration showed up within hours. Their team was responsive, professional, and very well prepared. They fixed the issue the very next day, which was a huge relief.
The pricing was mentioned on the spot with no fluff or games, and it beat most of the other bids we received. I really appreciated the transparency and straightforward approach.
Carlos (the owner) was fantastic, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and honest. I felt confident in his judgment, and he never tried to push services we didn’t need.
Blas was great as well, hardworking, good energy, and genuinely pleasant to be around. He made sure everything was handled properly.
I also love that they’re a locally owned business rather than a large franchise. Just genuinely great people who do quality work. Highly recommend!”
“We had a water leak in our home that started off as a nightmare with another company. We were lucky enough to get ServPro of Whittier to complete the job and it was a totally different experience, a much better experience, starting with Jose's mitigation team, Emmanuel's construction team and finishing with Ranita in the front office who was also very helpful. Each construction team was professional, always on time, we could always reach them and they would follow up immediately with a text or phone call. We always knew what they would be doing next. Emmanuel was very helpful and knowledgeable and gave me the direction I needed when looking for a new vanity and tile top. I could not be happier with the final project. They gave us the peace of mind that is needed when dealing with a water leak and home reconstruction. I look forward to recommending them to anyone who is need of their services. One very happy customer.”
