Erik did a great job cleaning the stains on our wall to wall carpet. We have pets who, at times, have sensitive tummies ... hence lots of pet stains. They are now gone! Highly recommend Steampro.
Based on reviews, I booked a couch steam clean. It was an easy booking process with great communication. I had a friendly and capable technician (Eric). I would recommend this company to friends and family- we had a great experience, and the couch looks brand new. I, personally, thought it was a bit pricey but I didn't do much research on competitors so who knows. I have a 3-seater plus chaise lounge couch and the estimate was $280 (which was the final price). They will provide a firm quote ahead of time if you describe the couch and send a photo. I would use this company again :)
Eric was such a pleasure to work with. He was on time, very efficient, and really kind. He got all of the stains out of my couches and went above and beyond, paying close attention to detail. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.
