“If you don’t want to read it all, the short of it is I ENTHUSIASTICALLY RECOMMEND Delta K9.I knew that I was in over my head with training my latest puppy. All the skills I had of training my other dogs just weren’t working with her. One day I had called Delta K9 about their boarding program and the subject of training came up. They recommended I bring her in for an assessment. Even though I didn’t board her with them at the time, I remembered the conversation and a couple of weeks later reached out to schedule an assessment. I met with Mike, the lead trainer, and immediately felt at ease. He recommended the board and train program, answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable. While I was there I met a few of the other trainers, and I can say everyone was so friendly and informative. I got a very good feeling from all of them. I ended up signing my pup up for the board and train program almost immediately after that. She was with them for a month, and during that time I got regular updates on her progress and truly got the sense that they cared - because they truly do. When it was time for the handoff, they accommodated my schedule and left me with skills on how to work with my newly trained dog. Since picking her up, I’ve needed a little bit more assistance from time to time and the whole team has been very accommodating. They don’t believe in training and being done. They believe in their work and stand behind it and want to ensure the owner knows what they’re doing. I saw a video once that said Delta K9 brings you into their family when they train your dog, and I have felt that. I enthusiastically recommend them for any training (or boarding) need that you may have.“

She’s also always so thoughtful and asking Daisy how she’s doing and taking the time to listen everyday she comes in for her shots. And I appreciate her sense of urgency when I needed to schedule an appointment fast. Yael is very helpful and informative, she makes sure I understand whatever it is she is talking about and doesn’t rush through anything and if I have a question she’s happy to answer! “I am so happy (and relieved!) to have found Lili and PetCare LB. Our senior dog developed chronic pancreatitis 18 months ago and since then we have not felt comfortable leaving him in traditional boarding or with a petsitter. “Bob, Annie and team are amazing! I sought them out after doing an online search and reaching out to several business for quotes. They were responsive throughout the month that I used them to walk my girlfriend's dog and Henry had such a great experience! Henry is a 2 year old Golden Retriever with tons of energy who loved all of the exercise and attention he got from Dave (our walker). “Toby's knowledge and experience with dogs was evident from the moment we met him. He sat down and went over the behavior issues we needed to address with our two newly adopted Greyhounds taking notes and asking pertinent questions. After that he detailed various training methods that could be used, all based on his positive reinforcement approach.He showed us a better way to hold the leash when walking the dogs and what equipment we could get to help when walking a dog that constantly pulled. We took the dogs for a walk, the "puller" now outfitted with what Toby recommended, and the results were amazing, the pulling stopped!! We walked a mile and a half with Toby making suggestions and giving us pointers.Toby was professional, courteous and followed up with a written lesson plan of what was discussed and what he recommended. We could not have asked for better service and his suggestions are definitely working with our dogs after one sessions. We could not be happier with the service Toby provided and highly recommend him.“

“Jessica has been taking care of Lucky for a little over 2 years. Trusting someone to Care for my furry son when I'm away can be nerve wracking because you just never know nowadays. She is amazing in every way and I feel sooooooo lucky to have randomly found her when my son and I were taking lessons at TES located in LAEC (b/c TES was a waste of both time and money seeing as how my son and I didn't progress at all when taking lessons there). In my first lesson with Diane I literally learned and progressed more than I had in 5 lessons at TES. Me and all three of my children are now taking lessons with Diane and we are all progressing gaining confidence during each lesson with her. “Jacqueline is an awesome trainer and her programs are so much fun for both dogs and their humans. Leia has taken Beginning and Intermediate Obedience in the park and Leia and Chewie have both gone to Puppy Socials at the studio. We are currently working on taking the CGC - Canine Good Citizen test for Leia. I like the option of lessoning in the park where there are more distractions for the dogs. It's also nice that the dogs can mingle before or after class (I've been to another trainer where all the dogs were petitioned off and cannot see one another). Her class is easy to follow and I love how at the start of each class, she asks how everything is going and if there's something specific that people need help with. If there is, then we'll start with that, if not, then we do a quick review and start to learn something new. Time goes by in her classes because we are all having fun!If you have a dog that is not ready to be with a group of dogs, you can still attend! She'll have you and your dog be further away from the group so you can still see/learn. I have seen my friend's dog, Max, go from a dog that just barks the entire time in the parking lot to a trained puppy in the main group!Her methods work and they work right away, but you do have to keep practicing with your four-legged friend. You can't expect to go to her classes once a week and have your dog trained.At Puppy Socials at the studio, there are two groups, one for small dogs and one for bigger dogs. She and her assistant will monitor the dogs and make sure that they are not being too aggressive or teach the shy puppies how to make their way out to shine (and they do after taking a couple of Puppy Social sessions!). You can also session private socials with just a couple dogs in the studio.Jacqueline loves animals and has extensive knowledge of them. She always puts the animal first. She has degrees in Exotic Animal Training, Animal Behavior Management, Wildlife Education & Sociology.She's very flexible with scheduling and will help make timing work for her clients.I highly recommend Jacqueline and LA Dog's Trainer to everyone!“

“I have been to many different vets in my life, but I can say truly that this is the best.Dr. Steve is so amazing. My Pepper had loved him when she was alive.Basil and Pickles adore him. He is so sweet to them. Pickles is an anxious girl and nervous at first with men. She only screeches with glee for me, grandpa, and her aunt. It was only the second time she met him when she immediately screeched louder than ever. He has a care that is truly wonderful. Basil gets excited for the vet with him and the wonderful staff.My cat, Juniper sees Dr. Kia. She is a spicy little brat. But for Dr. Kia Juniper immediately purrs and relaxes. I wish she would do that when I brush her!!!The staff especially the receptionists are so positive and kind and caring. They make your dogs and cats feel like celebrities!They also keep the lobby clean and there's free coffee!“
