This is the first time I've ever paid for dog training in my life. All my other dogs I trained myself, but now I can't devote the time.
I adopted a new dog from the pound, and immediately it was clear she needed training. She was hindering my sales calls and I needed to have her taken away and trained ASAP. I searched around for someone who could take her that day.
I found Delta K9 and on a Sunday met with the owner and head trainer Mike. He assessed Kira, said they would be able to take her that day, and they would work primarily on leash work, and general commands like sit, stay, place, and heel.

GRACE at Delta K9 completely changed my life with my Belgian Malinois, Apollo.
Before training, Apollo was not very sociable and honestly I did not know what to expect after his behavioral modification training. I picked him up on March 26th during one of the hardest and most stressful times of my year, tax season! This is where I regularly work 10+ hour days seeing clients in my office.
I was nervous because Apollo comes with me everywhere, and I truly did not know how he would adapt around people, clients, long office days in a crate, and daily life.
What Grace did with Apollo at Delta K9 was an absolute game changer!!!!

I have been telling everyone about Delta K9, that’s how well my experience was with the company. Great communication and the trainers addressed things I was doing wrong as a handler after my GSD finished his board and train program. Owner and staff are very passionate about what they do and it was evident from the results I got.
