All of the staff are caring, seem so excited when we bring the dogs and are the ONLY place we trust for grooming (Vickie does the best job!). They just seem to really care and our dogs are always happy when they see us approaching. We recently got another pup and they were really accommodating with him as well. We moved out of town but still think it is worth it to trek here if we have to board the dogs. Glad we found this place!“

Seeing the progress from the videos /photos and report cards everyday is the best because we miss our dog so much. I’m glad they also have yard time so our dog can socialize and play with other dogs in a supervised environment. “We just finished our third training session with Tracy for our dog who was experiencing trauma from a cat attack. Over the course of about three months he's improved not only in the area of confidence in taking walks again, but Tracy also leaned into helping other areas of struggle such as leash walking. “My dog and I have been through two 6 week sessions. My large dog had a lot of issues with socializing with other dogs, getting too excited, and jumping on people. He is sooo much better now. He showed so much improvement in the first sessions, we decided to do another session. He still has a ways to go, and we'll continue with the classes for awhile.My dog is excited as we're driving up to the lession. He enjoys the mental stimulation, so it's certainly a positive experience for him. The training has really calmed him down, which really helps make him (and me) happier.Adelita is great with the dogs. “Seriously, what are you waiting for? If you are looking for a great trainer, look no further. Make. The. Call. We adopted our dog (Truffle) about a year ago and he was calm for about two weeks. After that, he has been difficult. Sweet at times but at other times....really, really terrible. We've had other dogs but Ttuffle was like no other. So, enter Laura. Our dog had problems with chewing, jumping, barking, mouthing, attention seeking, pulling, reactivity, etc. You name it, we had it. But then, sometime he would just curl up next to me and somehow the world was right. Well, Laura gave me the tools to handle the behavior issues. He's not perfect yet but he's a whole lot better than the pre-Laura Era. From the moment Laura walked into our home, Truffle was barking and jumping on her. We had finished a 6 week obedience course at Petsmart and we still weren't able to control the jumping. Within 5 minutes, probably less, Laura had Truffle quiet and sitting at her feet. That was just the beginning.They say pet trainer are really training the owners and I truly believe that. I realized the lack of respect that Truffle had for me. He loved me but knew he could get away with a lot more with me. A master manipulator! Much of what is published online did not work with what we were dealing with. “I am so happy (and relieved!) to have found Lili and PetCare LB. Our senior dog developed chronic pancreatitis 18 months ago and since then we have not felt comfortable leaving him in traditional boarding or with a petsitter. He takes several medications and while most of the time he is fine, he tends to stop eating when we're away and can take sudden dramatic downturns that need to be carefully managed (we almost lost him to a flareup last year and are still traumatized). Now that he's been stable for over a year, we asked our vet for a recommendation of a petsitter or boarder with medical training and he suggested Lili, whom he has worked with for several years. I can't overstate how amazing it was to find someone with so much experience and empathy who caters to pets like ours who need more support and attention. It was so reassuring to leave our dog with someone with the expertise to know how to handle any issues if they did arise. After a successful one-night stay with Lili we finally felt comfortable planning a long-delayed honeymoon trip knowing our pup was in good hands. We were gone for 12 days, during which time we got regular updates from Lili and our pup did great! “Toby's knowledge and experience with dogs was evident from the moment we met him. He sat down and went over the behavior issues we needed to address with our two newly adopted Greyhounds taking notes and asking pertinent questions. After that he detailed various training methods that could be used, all based on his positive reinforcement approach.He showed us a better way to hold the leash when walking the dogs and what equipment we could get to help when walking a dog that constantly pulled. We took the dogs for a walk, the "puller" now outfitted with what Toby recommended, and the results were amazing, the pulling stopped!! We walked a mile and a half with Toby making suggestions and giving us pointers.Toby was professional, courteous and followed up with a written lesson plan of what was discussed and what he recommended. We could not have asked for better service and his suggestions are definitely working with our dogs after one sessions. We could not be happier with the service Toby provided and highly recommend him.“
“Bob, Annie and team are amazing! I sought them out after doing an online search and reaching out to several business for quotes. They were responsive throughout the month that I used them to walk my girlfriend's dog and Henry had such a great experience! Henry is a 2 year old Golden Retriever with tons of energy who loved all of the exercise and attention he got from Dave (our walker). Dave was super patient with Henry when it was his first time going. I watched from the house and saw how concerned Henry was about getting into the van but Dave just stood by and reassured him and waited until he was ready. “Ever since my dog Tim died, Ros has been withdrawn, sad, and reclusive. She spent all her time either under my desk or in my bedroom. She would go as much as 24 hours without going outside even to potty. It was heartbreaking. Dee Green helped her so much with her online counseling! With just the gentlest of interventions that allowed Ros to make her own choices about coming to me, going outside, where she wanted to sleep, etc., and some use of treats, she almost immediately began responding in a positive way. She started leaving the bedroom when the other dogs left the bedroom in the morning, she would sometimes go out on her own, she would come with me to go out as long as we were by ourselves, and gradually she’s gotten almost back to normal. I’m so grateful to Dee for her help ? ? ?“
