Toby has a lot of knowledge and experience, and he helped train Ollie as a service dog with so much care and attention. I always felt that he really understood Ollie and what he needed.
He was also incredibly organized and professional. After every session he would send a clear summary, and from beginning to end everything was explained in a way that made the process feel easy and even fun.

Toby is an amazing puppy trainer. Our Phoebe loved when he would come to our home, bring the treats, and get to work. She learned a lot in 5 sessions. My husband and I really appreciated that Toby set up our girls space on the first session, which actually dramatically changed everything in our home for the better. She really loves her own private space. We have an almost 5 month old puppy that is so well behaved and everyone is so impressed that she listens and follows most of the commands that she has learned from Toby. Toby was communicative, punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgable. My puppy loved him, which is all I needed to know. Thanks to Toby, Pumpkin is now a certified Service Animal!
