“It really upsets me that I have to write a one star review for a local business. Unfortunately, this business is non-accommodating and maybe is Miss advertising that they do daycare I'm very well aware that the dog should have all his records and his rabies shots and everything that he has which I do have and I have everything up-to-date as of this morning. Today is Monday, 29 January I came to drop my dog off Who is 14 years old reason being my house is getting painted right now. I've been trying to drop him off for days but nobody calls back. No one returns phone calls or any kind of customer service here except that Alicia did call me back once I wrote this review, I have a 14 year old dog and they will not let him in daycare unless he passes a personality test Alicia tells me that the state loss says he must pass a personality test well I'm not sure about that and I'm gonna check on that because I just left another daycare which they were very happy to take him in and if you contact a customer and you want them to change the review, I would highly recommend you contact the customer with some kind of solution not just to reprimand them because you don't like the review it seems very condescending as well. Wishing you the best of luck just telling you this, so you can maybe update your website update your signs in your window that you do not take walk-ins and that you will not take a dog without a personal test which is not done every day but a certain day they have to come in to pass a personality test never heard of such a thing, but best of luck to you, if you're running a social club and only taking premium dogs costing over $10,000 you're in North Hollywood, there are many premium dogs but you're not a social club a doggy daycare or grooming which also was impossible to schedule an appointment and I don't see if there's any other dogs in thereI highly recommend you go to Rusty's and studio city on Ventura and Colfax“

“Highly recommend The Range for their board and train program. Our trainer is Joey and he is very patient with our dog and did a great job training our dog based on our requests. Seeing the progress from the videos /photos and report cards everyday is the best because we miss our dog so much. I was worried about him being sick due to the ongoing mysterious illness spreading around in the states but the staff took a good care of him and I can see he is happy there. I’m glad they also have yard time so our dog can socialize and play with other dogs in a supervised environment. Daniela, the front desk receptionist is also very helpful, maintain good communication throughout the training period. We would love to have our dog be back to the Ranch soon!“

“Jocelyn has been so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in our sessions with our little rescue guy, Watson. We had been struggling and overwhelmed with leash reactivity, stranger danger, nervous and fearful behavior. She was able to guide us with game plans to manage and work on his behavior. We learned so much about dog behavior and body language. She was so patient and understanding with him. Her calm demeanor was very soothing for Watson and us as well! “My dog and I have been through two 6 week sessions. My large dog had a lot of issues with socializing with other dogs, getting too excited, and jumping on people. He is sooo much better now. He showed so much improvement in the first sessions, we decided to do another session. He still has a ways to go, and we'll continue with the classes for awhile.My dog is excited as we're driving up to the lession. He enjoys the mental stimulation, so it's certainly a positive experience for him. The training has really calmed him down, which really helps make him (and me) happier.Adelita is great with the dogs. She's also training me to better work with his personality and traits.Overall, I'd recommend Adelita to anyone looking to train their dog.“

“I am so happy (and relieved!) to have found Lili and PetCare LB. Our senior dog developed chronic pancreatitis 18 months ago and since then we have not felt comfortable leaving him in traditional boarding or with a petsitter. He takes several medications and while most of the time he is fine, he tends to stop eating when we're away and can take sudden dramatic downturns that need to be carefully managed (we almost lost him to a flareup last year and are still traumatized). Now that he's been stable for over a year, we asked our vet for a recommendation of a petsitter or boarder with medical training and he suggested Lili, whom he has worked with for several years. I can't overstate how amazing it was to find someone with so much experience and empathy who caters to pets like ours who need more support and attention. It was so reassuring to leave our dog with someone with the expertise to know how to handle any issues if they did arise. After a successful one-night stay with Lili we finally felt comfortable planning a long-delayed honeymoon trip knowing our pup was in good hands. We were gone for 12 days, during which time we got regular updates from Lili and our pup did great! We are so relieved to have found someone we can trust to take care of our baby if/when we need to travel. I can't recommend Lili and PetCareLB highly enough!“

“Oliver used to go to doggy daycare and sleep ALL DAY. Now he gets picked up and goes for a hike with various buddies - and I get a picture as proof. He's always grinning like a fool, as are his friends. He's clearly having a blast. Aly is the BEST and he adores her (I've seen them together) and she is good enough to get the prickles and foxtails off him after the hike. Then he's wiped out for the rest of the day. Can't say enough good things about them.“
“Our favorite doggy daycare! We left our pups to board here during a long vacation and they had a great time. We loved the pupdates we got everyday and enjoyed seeing our dogs having a blast on their instagram stories. Ian and his staff make us feel so comfortable leaving our dogs with them. “Toby's knowledge and experience with dogs was evident from the moment we met him. He sat down and went over the behavior issues we needed to address with our two newly adopted Greyhounds taking notes and asking pertinent questions. After that he detailed various training methods that could be used, all based on his positive reinforcement approach.He showed us a better way to hold the leash when walking the dogs and what equipment we could get to help when walking a dog that constantly pulled. We took the dogs for a walk, the "puller" now outfitted with what Toby recommended, and the results were amazing, the pulling stopped!! We walked a mile and a half with Toby making suggestions and giving us pointers.Toby was professional, courteous and followed up with a written lesson plan of what was discussed and what he recommended. We could not have asked for better service and his suggestions are definitely working with our dogs after one sessions. We could not be happier with the service Toby provided and highly recommend him.“
“Ever since my dog Tim died, Ros has been withdrawn, sad, and reclusive. She spent all her time either under my desk or in my bedroom. She would go as much as 24 hours without going outside even to potty. It was heartbreaking. Dee Green helped her so much with her online counseling! With just the gentlest of interventions that allowed Ros to make her own choices about coming to me, going outside, where she wanted to sleep, etc., and some use of treats, she almost immediately began responding in a positive way. She started leaving the bedroom when the other dogs left the bedroom in the morning, she would sometimes go out on her own, she would come with me to go out as long as we were by ourselves, and gradually she’s gotten almost back to normal. I’m so grateful to Dee for her help ? ? ?“
“Jessica has been taking care of Lucky for a little over 2 years. Trusting someone to Care for my furry son when I'm away can be nerve wracking because you just never know nowadays. I'm so thankful for Jessica because she makes me extremely comfortable with her check in's. When Lucky see's Jessica he shows no sign of rejection and opens up to her immediately which is very important to me. I would never go with another dog sitter and I'm thankful I met Jessica. I travel often for work and pleasure so having a trusted dog sitter helps. If you are local I highly recommend using them for services even if it's just a walk and I promise you will not be disappointed.“
“South Park Doggieland has so many fun, enriching daycare activities for your pup. Our social, high energy dog gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot. We love that there is an app (Gingr) where we can watch several live cameras and where we get a report card each day that includes pictures. The staff are all very helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about dogs. Meeko says 5 stars.“
“Bob, Annie and team are amazing! I sought them out after doing an online search and reaching out to several business for quotes. They were responsive throughout the month that I used them to walk my girlfriend's dog and Henry had such a great experience! Henry is a 2 year old Golden Retriever with tons of energy who loved all of the exercise and attention he got from Dave (our walker). Dave was super patient with Henry when it was his first time going. I watched from the house and saw how concerned Henry was about getting into the van but Dave just stood by and reassured him and waited until he was ready. And I appreciate her sense of urgency when I needed to schedule an appointment fast. Yael is very helpful and informative, she makes sure I understand whatever it is she is talking about and doesn’t rush through anything and if I have a question she’s happy to answer!
