“I recently got my 6 month golden back from Duane's 3 week program. He was sent there for basic obedience training for a puppy. Before his training he would march to his own drum, tune me out if he is at all distracted, only do things if I was going to give him a treat, pull on the leash etc. After the program, my boy looks to me for leadership, heals PERFECTLY when we go on walks (I can go for 2 miles now with him by my side effortlessly). Another thing to mention is I have had friends who took their dogs into the more commercial/brick and mortar training facilities and the dogs did not learn much. In comparison, Duane does the training in his home where he lives with his family, which I think transfers much more seamlessly when the dog goes home to its owner.”
