“We’ve been boarding our dog, Unagi, for years when we go out of town. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They do a great job of updating us while out of town and Unagi always looks like she’s having fun. The staff often plan activities for the dogs and will upload pictures of her playing. Unagi can sometimes take a little while to warm up to new people, but has problem no here. We know she is being well taken care of and we really appreciate all the amazing staff!“

They were so communicative from the get go and made us feel so comfortable with the board and train program for our 2 boxers from the very beginning. “What a gem! Paw Haven truly saved me over the holidays after I was searching for reliable dog care since losing our longtime dog sitter. From the moment I brought my dog in for his temperament test, I immediately felt at ease—the staff were relaxed yet incredibly professional.
My dog is a senior with diabetes, requires insulin, and is partially blind, so I was nervous leaving him for over a week with new people in a new place. The staff reassured me right away that my pup would be in great hands—and he absolutely was.
I also love that the dogs get their own room vs. being in a crate! The frequent Instagram story updates gave me so much peace of mind, too.
Special thanks to Tony, who administered insulin shots twice a day and he stays overnight with the pups! “I have a small Pomeranian and we used a traditional vet. The vaccines and food were causing him to lose over 50% of his fur. iPet Care Vet spent time with us explaining what is the root cause and came up with a plan. She said my goal is to never see your dog again. Which is the correct goal. Unlike a regular vet who wants to keep seeing you for more money and never fix the issue. iPet Care's treatment plan took a couple of months. We changed the food to Bones and Co meat, used the liquid collagen and started probiotic yogurt from iPet Care. Within 6 months his beautiful fur is almost all grown back. He is soft and his fur is full. Everyone keeps asking my wife and I how we did it. We stopped letting a traditional vet poison him and changed to better food. He is doing great and I suspect in the next few months all his fur will regrow. He only has one spot left but 90% of his fur is back. Thank you iPet Care for giving us our beautiful dog back.“

“We brought our puppy to the group training and Adelita really helped train Elliot. She also worked with me and my wife so we could continue to work on skills and behaviors with him outside the classes. Elliot has made really big improvements since being in the training class.

We’ve also met a ton of great dogs and dog parents at the lessons and pack walks. On top of everything she’s very professional, knowledgeable, and does pet sitting and grooming too. Best part is we really trust her.“

“I cannot recommend Lilli at PetCare highly enough. She took such incredible care of my little Maltipoo, Mila, after her luxating patella surgery. Lilli specializes in animals with medical issues, senior animals and special needs. She was able to personalize Mila’s care by understanding Mila’s demeanor and followed all the recommendations from her orthopedic surgeon, complete with round the clock medication administration. She kept me updated on Mila’s healing throughout the day and even sent me pictures to comfort me. When I went to visit Mila one morning, Lilli showed me how to use the sling to give her back legs support while walking. Even after I brought Mila home, Lilli checked on us and helped make the transition back home smooth and stress free. Her dedication, expertise, and genuine love for animals made all the difference, and I am so grateful for the exceptional care she gave Mila.“

“We have two chihuahua mix rescues who have both benefited greatly from their training with Alexandra. One of our dogs was reactive, and its now much easier to bring him on walks as well as have visitors to our home. The other was quite skittish which made training on our own tricky. Alexandra really helped us navigate his needs and build up his confidence. Both of our dogs are more confident and much better citizens since they started training. Also, while we originally did training in person and weren't quite sure how well virtual training would go, Alexandra navigates Zoom training remarkably and we don't feel like we're losing anything from not having in-person sessions.“
