“Seriously, what are you waiting for? If you are looking for a great trainer, look no further. Make. The. Call. We adopted our dog (Truffle) about a year ago and he was calm for about two weeks. After that, he has been difficult. Sweet at times but at other times....really, really terrible. We've had other dogs but Ttuffle was like no other. So, enter Laura. Our dog had problems with chewing, jumping, barking, mouthing, attention seeking, pulling, reactivity, etc. You name it, we had it. But then, sometime he would just curl up next to me and somehow the world was right. Well, Laura gave me the tools to handle the behavior issues. He's not perfect yet but he's a whole lot better than the pre-Laura Era. From the moment Laura walked into our home, Truffle was barking and jumping on her. We had finished a 6 week obedience course at Petsmart and we still weren't able to control the jumping. Within 5 minutes, probably less, Laura had Truffle quiet and sitting at her feet. That was just the beginning.They say pet trainer are really training the owners and I truly believe that. I realized the lack of respect that Truffle had for me. He loved me but knew he could get away with a lot more with me. A master manipulator! Much of what is published online did not work with what we were dealing with. With Laura's guidance and support much of what we were dealing with has been remedied. A million thanks yous, Laura! You are a life saver (ours and Truffle's). “Diane is the BEST trainer in the world! She is amazing in every way and I feel sooooooo lucky to have randomly found her when my son and I were taking lessons at TES located in LAEC (b/c TES was a waste of both time and money seeing as how my son and I didn't progress at all when taking lessons there). In my first lesson with Diane I literally learned and progressed more than I had in 5 lessons at TES. Me and all three of my children are now taking lessons with Diane and we are all progressing gaining confidence during each lesson with her. She is a dream and if you are considering scheduling a lesson with her don't hesitate b/c you won't regret it!!! We LOVE Diane and will probably be in training with her forever b/c there is no reason to change trainers now that we have found her!“

“If you don’t want to read it all, the short of it is I ENTHUSIASTICALLY RECOMMEND Delta K9.I knew that I was in over my head with training my latest puppy. All the skills I had of training my other dogs just weren’t working with her. One day I had called Delta K9 about their boarding program and the subject of training came up. They recommended I bring her in for an assessment. Even though I didn’t board her with them at the time, I remembered the conversation and a couple of weeks later reached out to schedule an assessment. I met with Mike, the lead trainer, and immediately felt at ease. He recommended the board and train program, answered all my questions and really made me feel comfortable. While I was there I met a few of the other trainers, and I can say everyone was so friendly and informative. I got a very good feeling from all of them. I ended up signing my pup up for the board and train program almost immediately after that. She was with them for a month, and during that time I got regular updates on her progress and truly got the sense that they cared - because they truly do. When it was time for the handoff, they accommodated my schedule and left me with skills on how to work with my newly trained dog. Since picking her up, I’ve needed a little bit more assistance from time to time and the whole team has been very accommodating. They don’t believe in training and being done. They believe in their work and stand behind it and want to ensure the owner knows what they’re doing. I saw a video once that said Delta K9 brings you into their family when they train your dog, and I have felt that. I enthusiastically recommend them for any training (or boarding) need that you may have.“

“I brought my standard poodle in a couple weeks ago, and I was very happy with how she was introduced to the facility and how they checked her thoroughly and then they treated her really well and gave her a wonderful cut and full groom. I'm going to bring my other mini golden doodle there. I'm glad I found them.“

“Took my dog here a few times when I had just got her as a puppy years ago to get her shots, neutered, etc. after having a really bad experience at another local vet. I felt very uncomfortable based on a few things that occurred leaving me to not trust the vet there so I got my records from them and immediately decided to take her here instead. My experience was amazing every time and it was half the price of what the other vet was trying to charge as they also claimed she had something wrong with her without running any tests (she didn't and they were just basing things off of a google search in-front of me which is what made me feel very unsettled). I ended up moving out of the area for a few years, but recently moved back and my dog had symptoms of a UTI so I decided to come back here yesterday. Once again, another great experience and this will definitely be my go-to vet. They were all absolutely great with my dog (she absolutely loved it there) and I like that they're very upfront about how much everything will cost without trying to get you to buy things that aren't necessary like other vets I've been to. They've also renovated since last time I was here years ago, looks great!“

“I can not express the gratitude for this business. They really care. I am here for the holidays and needed to desperately help my family dog who I haven’t seen in a while. He hasn’t been in the best of care and looked pretty bad sadly. I called 20 different establishments and a lot of them were closing or will be closed tomorrow and I was having a difficult time finding someone. As soon as Wash my Dog picked up the phone the receptionist had such a warm heart that I could feel from the phone. I was desperate for someone and I would’ve been fine with whatever services because of the state of my dog. Even though they were close to closing they were able to graciously take care of me. I am beyond grateful for this act of kindness. Terryl did such a fantastic job with our dog and made him feel comfortable. I understood because of the time I went in, I would be turned away but they saved the day and helped my dog feel better! I can’t recommend them enough and I highly suggest everyone take their animals here for the highest level of care in the valley.“

“I just wanted to take a moment to share my experience with The PawGround in Valley Village. I have a 3 year old spaniel mix who is the love of our life. He’s super playful and friendly. We found the PawGround from another friend of ours and they spoke so highly of it that we thought we should try it out too. We have now been going there for about 5-6 months now and we are so happy with them! The service is so exceptional. The entire staff is so friendly and kind. Everyone always answers any questions I have. Most importantly my dog is so happy there, he runs in through the doors and jumps up to greet the staff. I get photos of him playing with the other pups. They took  him on walks throughout the neighborhood when he boarded there for 3 nights recently. My dog is an extremely picky eater and they hand fed him so he would eat his meals. I feel so reassured leaving my dog there. They truly take care of all of the dogs there like their own. I cannot recommend them enough. We tried other places before and just felt no one cared. The owner is there often and is so kind as well. She knows all of the dogs names and she even gave me her personal cell to reach out if I ever needed anything. The manager Courtney is also an incredible asset to the team. My dog jumps with joy when he sees her every time. I'm so happy I've found such a lovely doggy daycare!“

“I've gone to Bone Sweet Bone in North Hollywood approximately 5 times since learning about their services and I haven't considered anywhere else. The service is great and staff are professional, respectful, and kind to our pups. I don't write too many reviews, but BSB genuinely has been such a great experience for myself and my pups. The prices are reasonable considering the services and amount of time they truly take to do a great job. I leave their appointments feeling so excited for my dogs because of how much more comfortable they appear after leaving their appointment smelling delicious and soft fur. “The owner is great with my dog. I adopted my dog from the shelter, and he has severe severe, severe mental and behavioral issues from past trauma. It’s very hard to groom him and they are patient and take their time with him. sometimes he’s uncooperative, and I do have to pick him up because it becomes dangerous for the groomer and my dog when he will not stay still.“

“This is hands down the best veterinarian hospital in LA! They saved my dog’s life with the right diagnosis and preventive care. Everyone in the staff is friendly, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. If you are looking safety and professionalism, this is the right place for you. “Very nice veterinarian. Dr. Chang was excellent. Very thorough. Thought the next day that I had an issue with being billed twice and spoke with manager Gale. She was wonderful and it turns out I was thinking Banfield services for the price. It was my mistake for sure, but she dug deep to resolve it. Very nice staff all around“

“Poet had a great experience: she's very uneasy about new settings, but everybody made her feel entirely safe and loved ?? True Professionals and Protectors, Real Guardian Angels!!I also have anxieties loll and the receptionist, nurses, and doctor melted all of them away. The place is filled with warm, beautiful faces ☀️Poet's eye is all better, it healed almost immediately!! The eye drops helped, but more than anything Poet was healed by your Love. “My dog (Leo) and I had a wonderful first visit to Blue Cross. Even prior to our office visit, the initial scheduling phone call with Kay made me feel like the staff would take great care of Leo. The ladies at reception were all very friendly, and Haley was kind, calm, and personable while taking Leo's medical history. Dr. Walters was very gentle during Leo's exam, and even commented on his clean teeth (Leo thrives on compliments, so this was very much appreciated). The atmosphere in the office is very warm and upbeat, and I am very thankful for the care they showed my pup. My only wish is that I could have found Blue Cross earlier in Leo's life.“
