Michelle went over and above what was needed for our fingerprinting experience. Not only did she drive from a neighboring county to perform fingerprint services at the last minute, but when our receiving agency said that they did not receive 1 of the 4 reports issued on the same day, she made phone calls and figured out how to obtain a 2nd report without having to perform another scan. She was responsive to all communications, and I just can say enough about how pleased we were with her services.

Amy is great!! I get my underarms waxed and get a Brazilian wax and she is quick and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Well... First off I would like to highlight her custom service. As a new client , I was elated by the way she made me feel right at home. We engaged in casual conversation while she maintained her rythm with the client in the seat. IMPRESSIVE to say the least. Once in the seat she advise me on how to maintain healthy locs and pointed me in the right direction as far as the proper hair products are concerned. "Shy" located the issues I was having with breakage and she did her magic! She restored my damaged locs like a true loctician. She retwisted , styled and sent me home with an added level of confidence and satisfaction! Definitely worth the drive to Vallejo. Thank you for your excellent customer service and hospitality!

This place is AWESOME! I appreciated all of the other comments because they're fairly correct and it's what got me to give it a try. The only comments I saw not being accurate is that Tevin only cuts on Sundays. I was here today (Saturday) and he's definitely working most all days except when he's closed. Upon entering, Tevin was tending to a client and he and another barber working immediately welcomed me in and made me feel right at home. I had no appointment and was able to get in. Miguel finished with his client so he offered to cut my hair. Miguel is an amazing barber! He's not only a skilled barber, but he's bilingual in Spanish which made my experience even better! Dynasty Nails is great. I use their services because I have back problems, so it's difficult for me to comfortably reach my feet. Back in 2016, I had recently relocated to Vallejo. I tried 6 other local nail salons before I tried Dynasty Nails. The ladies are always very welcoming, but I'm sure they prefer customers to schedule an appointment in advance.

One Liner: Once you go to Heena for your eyebrow threading you won't go anywhere else, trust me. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for a few years and after trying numerous places in Benicia, Vallejo and Fairfield I'm extremely glad I found the Final Touch. Heena is a master of shaping your brows without them looking too thin. For a guy, you want them to be thick but have that clean look. Never have I once had a bad experience going to Heena. She knows exactly what you want and gives you that natural look with great symmetry. I usually come in as she is closing but she always takes time to get me taken care of. She is the sweetest person, and I couldn't recommend a better place honestly. I only wish more customers knew about her service because you wouldn't have anyone else touch your brows after going to Heena. I had a great experience with Rio the other day when I came in to get my lobes repierced. The shop was clean and Rio got the job done so quickly! He was supportive during the procedure which I really appreciated, and the shop was clean. I also appreciated how thoroughly he described the aftercare for my piercings. Man where do I start, Odie was my artist, he was super responsive and coordinated well up to the date we worked on this project together, I had the idea of what I wanted and gave him a rough sketch and I asked him to make it better, and what can I say the results speak for itself! He delivered! We had a great conversation throughout the session, super chill vibes and a funny dude. Just a chill person to be around. My experience with odie versus other shops I've been to, he has a light touch or maybe it's just the area of skin I got inked, but 75% of my tattoo was a 3/10 pain and highest reaching 7/10. There's parking in the back so your car doesn't get bapped cuz you're near downtown vallejo. Side note he is very well priced and works fast and accommodates. Make sure you have what you want in mind and with his experience of 10+ years he will work with you very well. 10/10 I'll come again if I need work done other than tribal. Called Ralph for a chimney services said would probably take a week. next day called and had a cancellation, and could come that day. Was great him and his staff were very professional. Great services came in knocked it out and had some good conversation in the process. I would recommend then to everyone in the Vallejo area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have had so many issues with my plumbing being backed up the toilet and the bathtub ever since they had a power outage with PG&E the power outage happened 3 different times within a few days. I had 2 or 3 different plumbers and either they didn't know what to do or so called fixed it but the problem persisted until I called COMPLETE PLUMBING. he explained everything to me. took pictures to show me what was going on and fixed the problem just like that. I had a toilet leaking on the second floor of our townhouse, and the water was getting into the flooring, subflooring and first-floor ceiling material. Sergio was extremely responsive when I contacted him, and immediately came out to look at the problem.He identified the problem with our toilet and its connection to the plumbing system, promptly purchased the materials for the repair, and did the repair on the spot. Throughout the process, he explained what he was doing, and what his experience has been with this issue. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, a fraction of what I had anticipated. Pierce Electric just completed the electrical upgrade of our narrow two-unit townhouse in San Francisco and we could not be happier with the results. The job was made complicated by PG&E's requirement that the new panels and meters be mounted on the facade, but Matt was able to design a path from the new equipment to new subpanels for each unit that met both PG&E's and the city's requirements. The crew -- Jimmy, Andres and Joey -- was a pleasure to work with, arriving on time every day, ready to go and attentive to every detail. They explained what they were doing and patiently answered our many questions. Laura skillfully navigated challenging supply chain issues and permitting, while keeping the project on track and moving forward. From the first phone call to the final handshake, we knew we were in good hands.

Oswaldo and his crew saved the day! My husband and I started to replace our electrical main on our own, but demo revealed it to be a bigger project than we could tackle. With power disconnected and a toddler in the house, we needed this fixed as soon as possible. Oswaldo was excellent from the first phone call. He asked all the right questions, gave a well evaluated quote, and got us taken care of immediately. He gave great guidance for finishing out our project, and not once did I feel embarrassed for having tried to do this ourselves.

My partner and I recently purchased our first home in downtown Benicia and I was recommended by our realtor to have Harvey Construction perform a second pest inspection. We were very happy with Harvey Construction as they were timely and professional in coordinating our inspection. Jim McEvoy was our inspector. He walked us through the entire inspection process and explained the root causes of any pests. As new home owners, we sincerely appreciated how he helped us prioritize issues and give us ideas on things to look out for with our home. Jim prepared a report on extremely short notice - under 24 hours so that we could be prepared for a plumbing inspection. Jim is professional, charismatic, and great to work with. We would highly recommend Harvey Construction and have Jim come out for your inspection - it put us at ease after buying a house
EM Pro Construction did an excellent job replacing a crumbling brick facade with a stucco wall on our garage. Dry rot had compromised some of the wood structure holding up the façade, and Alex and his crew came up with an ingenious solution to support the wall before completing the stucco work. They were very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and thorough. And the cost was quite reasonable. I would hire them for other jobs without any hesitation. One of the best construction crew we have ever employed in about 40 years of owning our house. Highly recommended!!
Oscar Maciel & his crew did an excellent job! They installed the landscaping design of their fellow System Pavers designer, Sarah Slatter, for our new home that came with no existing landscaping in the backyard. It was a big job. This included pavers for a backyard patio & a pathway for the front/side of the house, pea gravel pathways with borders, angilia edging around the planting areas, & a gravel pad for a shed. They also had to bring in soil to level & build up certain areas. We were very happy with the quality of their work & the materials used, & the excellent service provided. Oscar’s crew were hardworking & very respectful, & Oscar came on site every day to monitor the progress & communicate with us. I valued his knowledge & willingness to share his ideas & expertise. He also paid attention to drainage needs & made adjustments as needed. Both he & Sarah were able to suggest a range of long-lasting quality options & alternatives based on our desire to stay within a budget range. I would highly recommend Oscar & his team of System Pavers. They did a super job & could not have been nicer!

I’ve never been a fan of going to the dentist and usually leave in discomfort or with a less-than-great experience. However, this visit was completely different. From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and I left without any pain at all. I highly recommend this place—10 out of 10.
I love Dr. Louie’s office, they feel like family . He is not a high pressure salesman but a genuinely concerned friend , that’s how I feel , I appreciate their honesty about insurance matters too . You can trust this family !

Dr. Stephano is the best. I have gone to all kinds of chiropractors even the cheap joint place. Dr Stephano beats all of them.I was so hurt and couldn't walk right almost in a wheelchair but now I'm walking again by myself because of Dr Stephano.
Not sure why so many bad reviews, I went into this place with my back in so much pain after previously being referred to psychical therapy. Psychical therapy did nothing for me at all so I was referred to this chiropractor by my dr. Prior to going here I had to take muscle relaxers and pain pills just to sleep and take away the excruciating pain my body was experiencing because of my back,my back pain was so bad. I went here and let me tell you my back and body feels 10 times better the pain has reduced so much in the 2 months I’ve gone. I am still being treated so my pain is not fully gone but it’s very much so reduced a lot. The dr helped my back so much I’m happy and grateful because when I say my back was in so much pain everyday I mean it I feels 10 times better than what I did before I started being seen here.
I had been miserable for 2 months. Could barely sleep, had numbness and tingling in hands and feet. I spent 20 minutes with these 2. Im not entirely sure what they did but boy did it work. I would highly recommend they are awesome. Thank you so much.
you won't find any better dermatological care . They have excellent skin evaluation for any skin cancers, and have many options to remove them. Dr. Mraz does an excellent job with any type of cosmetic procedures, such as fillers ,Botox, multiple types of lasers and all the new exciting skincare treatments. All the doctors are qualified to do check ups on your skin and address any type of skin problems you're having. , Dr. Geist has taken him care of me, he's an excellent diagnostician and cancer surgeon.
Dr. Mirmirani is caring, upbeat and intelligent. In addition, she is a scarring alopecia expert. Not many of those out there. We need to clone her.

They let me hold my baby while she went to Heaven. Then they took care of everything and sent me a card signed by the staff just like hospice nurses. I will always bring my pets here. Pet care with a solid human connection.

I had my therapeutic massage with Annie, she was very professional and welcoming. She asked me what my needs and expectations were. During the massage I knew she was listening to me during the consultation. Her pressure was consistent and relaxing. Would definitely go back!

Best person hands down who can relieve any back pain and or discomfort you may be experiencing. I've had some serious back pain (sciatic nerve issues) and throughout the years I've come here for several Bowen treatments, always seems to do the trick! I have been getting therapy from this place for a few years now. I have 3 degenerated disc and hip problems, every time I go there I am limping with pain. They are great at asking if they are being too rough or not rough enough. I highly recommend it
You HAVE to go to Chamara! She works miracles and creates an amazing, unique treatment plan after a thorough consultation. I am dealing with an inflamed sciatica and I felt a difference immediately. Can’t wait to see her again!
I really enjoyed Cyndi’s massage. She is really easy to communicate with and quite receptive to my needs. I found her to be one of the best I’ve encountered. I’ve been coming here for the last four or so years. The staff is always friendly. The prices are super reasonable. I always come out feeling relaxed. They always ask about the pressure of the massage and temperature of water (foot massage/reflexology). The hot rocks are always a plus. The cup of water at the end is always appreciated.
I have been coming to Ritual and Novella since Oct 2022 to treat my chronic hip pain. Because the treatments were so successful a lot of the pain was relieved until I had surgery. I continued treatments which helped in my recovery. I intend to continue as I always feel so refreshed and renewed after my sessions and love Novella's joyful, positive and compassionate spirit.
I have neuropathy in both my feet and the pain became very severe early in 2023. I was no longer able to take long walks or do any cycling on my road bike. Not being able to do these activities was very depressing and kept me from getting the aerobic exercise I need to stay in shape. After doing some research I found Pivot Acupuncture and Dr. Shawne Lopes in Vallejo CA. Since starting acupuncture treatments in May the pain and burning in my feet have decreased remarkably. I am now able to walk a few miles at a time and back to my 25 mile plus rides cycling. I am in great aerobic shape again and much happier now thanks to Dr. Lopes and her staff. They are very caring and professional and I highly recommend them for anyone suffering this condition who wants to get back to living again. The treatments have really worked wonders for me.
