Highly recommend Jackie at Norm’s Barbershop for a hair cut. I finally found a place after so long, and found the cut I like. Most men in Vallejo know of Pete’s and he was an excellent barber. Jackie has filled his shoes perfectly. Clean, comfortable, and great for the whole family. I always leave pleased with my cut.
