Cecy's Hair Salon

This is a great place to go. Treating me like home. Family run business. CeCe is a wonderful person. We talked the entire time and I usually don't even speak. I love to close my eyes and let the magic happen. She did a wonderful job. I didn't have to tell her to do anything. That's the best thing about going to a place like this. They take care of you. Rather than going somewhere that's just going to give you a haircut they're going to figure out how to make you look good and create. That's their talent. I really recommend coming here.

Cecy has been my stylist for 10 years and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. She’s excellent at haircuts, highlights/color, and waxing—Cecy is proud of her craft and her skill and artistry is top-notch. Vallejo is lucky to have Cecy and her family in our community! And she’s a terrific person.

Absolutely obsessed with this place even after just one visit. Cecy is incredibly kind first and foremost. On top of that, she is very talented. She gave me exactly what I wanted but took my hair into account to make it look great. The card machine was down and she was so sweet to let me pay later. You aren't going to find this level of skill + hospitality anywhere else, especially for the price. This will be my go-to salon from now on!
