Honestly, I can't say anything about the other bad reviews but the last two times I went I had a good experience. I got a spa pedi and gel manicure and they both came out great each time. The prices are reasonable and the major plus is that they open at 9am M-Sat now, what other place opens that early in the area?

I went to top ten Nails in Vallejo on Redwood I had my toes done a chin wax and my nails I was told it was $78 I only had $80 on me the person that did my nails took the money and said $2 is that all for my tip then they start talking in their language and laughing I felt that was poor customer service you should thank God for the $2 I told them that's $2 they didn't have and I did not have to give him $80 I could have went anywhere else and got the service and they would have been glad to get the $80 so next time thank God for anything extra that you get they do good on my toes but that was poor customer service today so I have to give you a poor rating on today next...read full review

I rated this nail shop five stars because they are deserving of it. They are very friendly people and they treat me and my mom with respect and commendable service. They greet us..wait is very minimal..and they converse with us when we engage in conversation. We've been customers for a very long time and so should you.
