My experience here was amazing. You get frequent updates of your appointments and possible openings for treatment sooner. Dora greets you when you first arrive and is very courteous. The dental assisting staff is second to none. The dentist who provided treatment, Maggie Thai, was amazing. No pain, quick turnaround, and great explanation of work and what's needed for future care. I'd recommend this office 10 times out of 10!!!!

Friendliest place on earth. They're located in Vallejo and I live in SJ, about a 70 mile trip one way and I'd never minded. I trust Dr Thai and her staff and they always make me feel at home. Thank you.

Have been trying to call the office to reschedule my appointment but no one ever answers the phone???????? I've called over 10 times on a Thursday during open hours.UPDATE: They finally called me back Friday morning, thank you for that. I hope they will consider putting up an announcement if the office is closed on days not listed on their website/Google. Also, they need to update their website to show that their Fairfield office is closed on Thursdays as it currently shows it is open on Thursdays.
