Sam is legit the real deal. Lately I’ve been running into mechanics that either over charge or send you home with poor work. Sometimes both. It’s refreshing to see that it’s still honest people out there. He was accurate with everything and very detailed while having the patiences. I left with more confidence restored. I will be returning for sure.
They were absolutely fantastic and I am very grateful for the work that they did on my house, especially given that commercial work is their main focus, not residential. The owner Richard and Dave and James (who did the actual work on the house), were all professional, kind, and took the time to explain what needed to be done and clearly were not trying to go out of their way to do unnecessary work on my house, unlike two other companies that I had come in to give estimates. They were great people to work with.
Kel-Aire was super responsive to my parents’ request for service. Their 40+ year old heater wouldn’t power up and - being a local business - they were able to squeeze in a same-day appointment. They identified the problem straight away and remedied on the spot and provided a fair quote beforehand. Very grateful for their helpful and friendly disposition since my parents are now in their 80s. I will definitely call on them for maintenance on my house in the Spring.
Sandy and the rest of her team do a wonderful job. I get a fill every three weeks and a pedicure and brows waxed every six weeks. They are thorough, careful, and professional.

40 years ago Rollamatic installed a beautiful sliding glass roof over our atrium. We own an Eichler home. Our atrium is central in the house and it is also the main way we enter and exit our home. Whatever the issue Rollamatic has always taken care of our system...installing new glass when one of our kids broke the glass...installing a new motor after decades of use...tweeking the old supports for the system to roll smoothly. In our house the Rollamatic roof is more than a thing of beauty: it helps us stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer; and it protects us from the rain. We can either have an extra room i.e. the atrium, or open the roof 100% to enjoy the fresh air. It has also made it possible for us to have a beautiful indoor garden with flowering vines that cannot withstand our winter cold: bougainvilleas. Our Rollamatic Roof makes every day in our home better!
We did a super hard model D Mercedes lock, and he was able to make a key from the door and get my car running! And he gave me a discount and offered me a free key for the trunk which was a completely different key. I’m very happy with the work that was done.

I had an abandoned car deep in my yard. Jim sent someone to tow it away the 2nd day for free, while no one else is interested in helping. The tow truck driver he sent is really nice too, with a big smile on his face and moved his tow truck in all kinds of position and finally got it out. He got some serious skills!
