This 5-star review is for RzN's excellent communication, honest pricing and prompt responses. Rickey was very pleasant to work with, very responsive and his quote was competitive and honest. We did not, however, got to work with him due to reasons out of our control. But we will definitely hire RzN in a heartbeat next time, and highly recommend them to anyone.
Although we ultimately chose another contractor for this project, I had a very positive experience working with Rickey during the bidding process. He was extremely responsive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the scope of work, and patiently walk us through the pricing and installation process.
His communication was excellent, and he was proactive in following up and making himself available whenever we needed clarification. His pricing was also very reasonable and transparent, which we appreciated.

This guy is great. Very transparent and informed. He came and installed my Tesla charger and even replaced a missing screw that he discovered. Talk about above and beyond. I trust him and will be going to him for future projects.
