First time customer, and I felt right at home. Josh S. greeted me the moment I walked in. He offered me water and asked if I had eaten, and if not, do i want or need some. I thanked him and said i was good i ate and had my coconut water with me. It is always a pleasure to have experiences like this in my life. It takes away my anxiety when i am at a new place and don't know what to expect. Josh treated me like family through and through, and my anxiety and nervousness went away. While i waited like 20 minutes (another customer was having ink done) i was offered a seat and was directed the tv, a movie was on and Josh asked if i wanted the volume turned up, i said...read full review
