Been here multiple times with Jose. He is who I send all my family and friends to when I'm asked about my tattoos. The work he does is quality and very detailed. He's creative with his art work and patient and really helps his clients feel more comfortable when it's their first tattoo. All my future work will 1000% continue to be with him. Love his attention to detail and his open ideas to add onto the designs I show him

Decided to get a tattoo in honor of my parents . The place was clean and everyone was super nice and friendly . Jose did my tattoo , he was very helpful and patient with both the design and placement of my tattoo . I definitely would recommend Jose to my family and friends .

Victoria is amazing!! That's it, that's the review. Just kidding, but she really is! The SO and I came to Monarca after winning a raffle at a car show back a couple months back. The raffle included an 8-hr session (design being part of the time slot). The shop is located in the very corner of an old shopping plaza (same one as Popeye's) right off the 37 and Sonoma Blvd. The signage was actually covered by a large tree so we had a little trouble confirming if we were at the right place until we got out our car. The inside is super clean with multiple stations for each artist. I messaged Victoria via Instagram with my ideas of what I wanted, and she was super responsive...read full review
