Golden Island Massage is known for its excellent massages and friendly staff. Customers consistently praise the variety of massage styles offered, including deep tissue and traditional Swedish experiences. The establishment is well-regarded for its reasonable prices and ability to accommodate same-day appointments. Many customers have been visiting for years and always come out feeling relaxed. The staff is attentive, often asking about the pressure of the massage and the temperature of the water during foot massages or reflexology. The addition of hot rocks is a nice touch, and many appreciate the complimentary cup of water at the end of their session. While some communication with employees may need improvement, the high quality of the massages is a major draw. Customer service is often highlighted, with staff being described as gracious and understanding, even in situations involving scheduling mix-ups. Overall, Golden Island Massage provides a refreshing experience that leaves customers ready to take on the world.
I’ve been coming here for the last four or so years. The staff is always friendly. The prices are super reasonable. I always come out feeling relaxed. They always ask about the pressure of the massage and temperature of water (foot massage/reflexology). The hot rocks are always a plus. The cup of water at the end is always appreciated.
The best massage I have received in years, Amy is incredible with her hands makes you forget the pains you bring before the massage. I recommend 100% this place they really give you a massage as it should be. ??????
Solid place for a massage. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Always available to take fairly immediately even without an appointment although I do tend to call ahead.
