I had a toilet leaking on the second floor of our townhouse, and the water was getting into the flooring, subflooring and first-floor ceiling material. Sergio was extremely responsive when I contacted him, and immediately came out to look at the problem.He identified the problem with our toilet and its connection to the plumbing system, promptly purchased the materials for the repair, and did the repair on the spot. Throughout the process, he explained what he was doing, and what his experience has been with this issue. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, a fraction of what I had anticipated.
