My partner and I recently purchased our first home in downtown Benicia and I was recommended by our realtor to have Harvey Construction perform a second pest inspection. We were very happy with Harvey Construction as they were timely and professional in coordinating our inspection. Jim McEvoy was our inspector. He walked us through the entire inspection process and explained the root causes of any pests. I did not get to use them but they had a cancellation for a pest inspection and squeezed me in in two days. My client unfortunately did not get her offer accepted but we appreciate their concern and quick response. Use Harvey Construction-with the great reviews. You will be happy!

Jim has come out to do inspections on homes that I was looking to purchase. I'm thankful for his extensive knowledge and walking me thru what to look for and proving guidance on things that would be big ticket and could be fixed within 6month. Really helps when you are overwhelmed purchasing a home.
