Hitting the gym in isolation was sounding tedious, and was too easy to put off.Even after 15 sessions, I am noticing a huge different in my body, flexibility, and energy levels. Aside from being a great guy, Max has a vast portfolio of exercises, stretches, rolls, and cardio to pull from. He tailors every session and constantly introduces me to movements I have never done before.The result is a super engaging workout, with a ton of compound movements mixed with new variations on conventional exercises, and a very holistic approach to balance, stability, and health. I plan to continue working with Max, but a lot of what he is teaching me will stick with me for the rest of my life.Very highly recommended.“

Once I began training with her, I found out that a friend of mine used to work for her and another friend used to work out with her, and both people had only good things to say about her.
From my personal experience:
•I have found her to be very knowledgeable about anatomy and all aspects of personal training.
*I get a great workout tailored to my needs and abilities in a private setting.
*My training sessions are challenging, but neither too hard nor too easy and exercises are adapted to any injuries or physical issues I may be having.
*Esther is always on time and very easy to communicate with, both via text and in person, in regard to training, but also in general.
I would highly recommend Fremont Training if you’re looking for personalized training with a knowledgeable, experienced trainer. I feel the quality of the training is very good for the price.“

Aikido is unlike any other martial art I’ve tried—it’s not about overpowering your opponent but learning how to redirect energy, stay centered, and respond with control. The training here pushes you to grow, but never in a way that feels intimidating.

But to my surprise, it has a very pleasant atmosphere without any loud obnoxious activity and the equipment is well maintained. There seems to be no loud music at all which is great. It also is very clean, which matters a lot when it comes to joining a gym. The parking lot is very safe and clean, which is very pleasing so I don’t have to worry about any theft or break-ins. Overall it is a very nice and safe gym. I give huge appreciation to the owner and the manager for Making this gym very welcoming and pleasant for everyone.
I just hope it continues to stay this way.“

Prior I had issues with movement and general fitness spending a lot of time at my desk working. My strength has improved significantly, and I owe a lot of it to Joe, who's an outstanding trainer. He's incredibly focused on technique, which has been key in reducing the pain in my shoulders and knees but also helps me work out efficiently and safely.
The accountability at FC50 is unmatched, and the dynamic workouts always challenge my weak points, making me progressively stronger. I've learned so much about fitness and my own body. If you're serious about getting stronger and improving your health and wellbeing, FC50 is the place to be.“

I attend 3 different Yoga classes that support my well-being and foundation. Teresa, Claudia, and Sam are knowledgeable, with a great talent to guide the classes in a very supportive and compassionate manner!
I find the classes dynamic and meditative, walking out the session very relaxed and physically content.
I also attend the Barre class. I was cautious because of a previous experience. Jackie's class quickly brought me to a positive outlook towards Barre practice. I love it! Her classes are a complete body workout, done dynamically and guided in a very concious and safe way. Jackie is a very knowledgeable and uplifting instructor.
I have not tried the equipment, sauna, or any other classes YET, but the faces and the attitude of the othe members in the studio say it all for me.
Last but not least, Zara and Judy welcome the members with a smile and by name, ready to help and answer any questions, and with a calming vibe that already start the relaxation mood for me!
Additionally, the Studio is beautiful, clean, and classy. It speaks of the spirit and intention of the management and staff. Thank you!!
