I went to NPTI on a whim in the fall semester of 2019. It is a 6 month 500 hour. This course prepares you to take the NASM certification and build a foundation for your fitness journey. I did not know what to expect when I started.The teachers name is Mark Bransky, who is a NASM master trainer and the educational curator for all California NPTIs. I did not know this at the time of signing up, I guess I just got lucky.The course has a 250 hour in class component and a 250 hour practical component. Its been a good experience to attend this school .hands on training is the way that works for me . Bransky is awesome , really knowledgeable , his lectures and labs are enjoyable ,truly recomended .if you have any questions , you can reach up to me , ill be in the school a bit longer as i signed up for the Corrective Exercise Specialty , but as im done with the PT certification i can answer anything about the school .The school doesnt get 5 * , because the facilities is in , Not the best Gym in town .P.s. Bransky is the Master instructor:)
