“Nelson from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter was able to successfully snake and unclog our kitchen sink after another plumber couldn’t unclog it using 3 different sized snakes. Nelson then replaced 1-1/2 inches of the sink pipe that was broken and leaking after the other plumber had taken it off to snake the kitchen sink pipe. He was honest and upfront about our options and was willing to work with us to try out the cheaper option first, and wouldn’t charge us if we needed to switch to the more expensive option, whereas another plumber we called wanted to do the most expensive option first without trying the cheaper option (this option was also less damaging to our house, which is why we wanted to do it first). Nelson deserves more than 5 stars for his expertise and willingness to do a great job! We’ll definitely request Nelson for our future plumbing and rooter work.”

We have used Genteel in the past and always have been happy with their work so we called and they came the same day.<br>Edgar came out and gave us an estimate and we had several options. Edgar was very professional and he didn't pressure us to agree on the most expensive option. He patiently explained the pros and cons of each option and he left the decision up to us.<br>Even though they are a little pricey, we would recommend them. They know their business and of all the issues they have taken care of over the years for us, we are extremely happy with their work.<br>Ask for Edgar, he is extremely nice and he was very patient with all of our questions.”
“We recently had Rick Martin of Dan’s Plumbing install 2 Kohler one-piece toilets and he did a fantastic job! Each toilet weighed over 100lbs and required a new 10in Rough-In. Nevertheless the work got done quickly and smoothly with everything working great. And Rick took all the old toilets and packing materials and left our bathrooms pristine! Dan’s Plumbing has been my first call for plumbing issues for many years and has always done great work!!”
“Outstanding!!! Aaron took the time on a Saturday morning to troubleshoot my mom's hybrid water heater that wasn't working. We face timed over the phone and with his help found that the problem was a loose electrical connection. He instructed me what to do and I was able to redo the connection and the water heater fired back up.<br><br>At the time my mom was recovering from being hospitalized and I'd been overwhelmed trying to take care of everything. Dealing with a hot water heater problem was the last thing I needed. I am so grateful Aaron was willing to help me over the phone to get things working again completely free of charge. If only all companies stood behind their work like that.”
