Yes, I know, it sounds exaggerated; but, it's truly an accurate description of my experience with Marin Mechanicsl.We arrived at a property we had not used for several weeks and realized that the radiant heat system was not working. I scanned Yelp to find a suitable company to help with the problem and reached-out to MM. My call was answered by a knowledgable person who asked logical questions to assess my problem. Since it was late afternoon, he told me they could have a tech out early the next day. As promised a received a call next morning alerting me to the techs arrival.The tech was a polite, respectful young man, who put on booties before entering my home. I lead him to the mechanical room that houses the equipment and he asked several questions, then said he would assess the problem. 15- minutes later he explained what he had discovered, then provided a clear and detailed explanation of the steps needed to correct the problem.I approved the work and he spent the next hour working diligently to correct the problem. “Edward is the plumber extraordinaire ! He's super responsible, honest, down to earth & very skillful at his craft . There were some challenging issues w repairing my old Jacuzzi. Other plumbers said the tub had to be lifted out of its base & fixed from underneath at a cost of almost $900! Edward was able to tie the tubing to a bamboo stick & pull it thru to connect it to the motor & it took only a couple minutes and saved me hundreds. He's easy to talk to , the best plumber I've ever had !!!“
