“Thank you Chris Strom, you are a life saver! Last night, my hardwired ceiling Fire/C02 alarm went off at midnight...even after replacing the back up batteries it was still triggering at 4:00 AM. Needless to say I was exhausted this morning. Fortunately, when my daughter called, I shared my predicament. She immediately put me in touch with Strom Electric as she and her husband have used Strom Electric for their home needs for many years. Chris came right over and replaced the failing 8 year old fixture with an up to date combo device with a ten year life that does not require batteries. He was friendly, efficient, kind, quick and affordable! “My front doorbell, which has been looked at once before by another electrical contractor, was again malfunctioning. A friend who works for a property management company uses M E C and recommended them to me. I gave them a ring and my call was answered right away and they were able to schedule an appointment promptly during a time that was convenient for me to be present. They also told me the technician I would be meeting with and when he arrived he handed me his card so I knew it was the right guy. They were friendly, efficient and provided me with a thorough explanation of what was done. My doorbell was repaired and has been working properly. They have a trip charge but it is under $30 so not too big of a deal. I definitely recommend using M E C.“
