The on call technician arrived within a minute of the scheduled time. He was very professional in quickly diagnosing the leaking outdoor hot water heater. He called the warehouse from his truck, & while he disconnected the leaking tank, another technician came with a new tank. As they no longer make the tank I had, it was a challenge to connect the new one to the old fittings. He came in & got a signed permission to use the more expensive fittings required.To help keep the new tank from rusting, they raised it off the concrete flooring + put an aluminium pan below that.

I have had Grier and Sean work on two separate projects for me in Sausalito. They are absolutely excellent at what they do. I have a quiet, functional, efficient system now thanks to them. Grier does not cut corners, is very knowledgable and articulate about what is happening and communicates how he is going to solve the problem. Great follow up, punctual, no surprises and gets it done. I would HIGHLY recommend Grier/Sean and will use them again(hopefully not too soon).
