He was punctual, efficient, gave me good advice, and was a very reasonable price. It’s 10 am and my sink is up and running. I couldn’t be more pleased. “Nelson from Atlas Plumbing and Rooter was able to successfully snake and unclog our kitchen sink after another plumber couldn’t unclog it using 3 different sized snakes. Nelson then replaced 1-1/2 inches of the sink pipe that was broken and leaking after the other plumber had taken it off to snake the kitchen sink pipe. He was honest and upfront about our options and was willing to work with us to try out the cheaper option first, and wouldn’t charge us if we needed to switch to the more expensive option, whereas another plumber we called wanted to do the most expensive option first without trying the cheaper option (this option was also less damaging to our house, which is why we wanted to do it first). Nelson deserves more than 5 stars for his expertise and willingness to do a great job! We’ll definitely request Nelson for our future plumbing and rooter work.“

“After getting some pretty serious sticker shock from another well-known Bay Area plumbing company, I started asking around and several neighbors recommended The Plumbing Two. Funny enough, they had called them after getting the same sticker shock from the other company.

I reached out and they were able to come by that same evening, which was especially impressive since it was a Friday night. They took the time to look everything over, explain what needed to be done, and walk me through different options. I never felt pressured. The other company’s approach felt more like, “Here’s the quote, take it or leave it.” The Plumbing Two actually took the time to explain things and help me understand where I could save money.

One thing that surprised me was how much the cost of materials has gone up in just the last couple of years. It’s not cheap, but at least I felt like I was getting honest information and fair advice.

The job was finished sooner than expected, and everyone on the crew was great to work with. They were professional, respectful, and always willing to answer questions.

One thing that really stood out to me was watching the owner work alongside his sons. You could tell he was teaching them the trade while also encouraging them to pursue their education. As a customer, it was nice to see that kind of family business atmosphere and work ethic.

Hopefully I won’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if I do, these are the people I’ll call. I’d definitely recommend The Plumbing Two to anyone looking for honest, professional plumbing work.“

“Placed a call on Tuesday and got a tech out Wednesday morning. He examined my leaking faucet, offered me a few options that he carried in the truck, and then got to work. He did a great job of marking off the sink and ensuring alignment of the new faucet. Installed the feed lines and everything was completed in about an hour.
He was very pressional and friendly, wore booties inside the house and cleaned up at the end of the work.
