The gym is clean, and everyone there is so nice and supportive, staff and members alike. I train with Steven there, and he is one of the best trainers I've worked with (and I've worked with my fair share of them over the years). It is obvious that he cares about his clients and their well being. I have lower back issues, and Steven knew exactly what to do to address it but at the same time to continue progressing with the strength training and making gains. He has worked with me to build up my core strength and mobility, as well as technique, so that I can now do deadlifts and squats safely and confidently and even enjoy doing them! I am definitely stronger now than when I first started training with Steven. Many thanks to him!!“

My therapist, Shiva, made the entire process so much more comforting and welcoming. She made sure that in all aspects of recovery, I was secured. Each exercise was explained, and most importantly, she made sure to ask how I felt before and after the treatments. You would never leave your appointment without feeling better.“

My session is an hour and starts with 10 minutes of cardio, followed by core, then arms/legs etc. A few people come in every half hour and so there ends up being around 3-6 people working out at any given time. But she prescribes different exercises for each person based on your individual strength and needs. I started going here toward the end of the pandemic because she diligently wipes down all the machine after each person uses it. One of the best things about Carina’s is she creates a very friendly and social environment. It’s the reason I have been so consistent about my two times per week! Everyone enjoys talking to each other and I look forward to catching up with my new friends all the time! She offers sessions Mon/Wed evenings and most mornings.“

I was really hopeful that I'd be working with someone who would put together a very customized plan for me to get into shape for an upcoming Tough Mudder event, and Jason did exactly that. He started by spending time determining where I was in terms of core strength, balance, health, etc. and put together an awesome plan to systematically start ramping me up to where I need to be. Plus he's super nice and funny! Highly recommend.“

His approach is highly intuitive--he can pinpoint exactly where my pain originates and then teaches me how to prevent it from returning. Working with him has made me much more aware of my muscles and movement. Now, I can feel my muscles working during workouts without experiencing pain afterward. Haig is exactly who I needed to take my workouts to the next level while effectively managing pain before it becomes a bigger issue.“

I have dislocated both of my shoulders multiple times in sports injuries...and I lived with the fear that I would injure my shoulder(s) again accidentally. Alex stepped in with a mix of expertise and confidence and immediately started working with me on strengthening my shoulders. In the process of doing this--I realized how gifted Alex is as a personal trainer. He is knowledgeable about the body and how to use exercise and eating plans to make personal goals a reality. The studio is so modern, spacious, and there are 15 megas!!!!! Studio offers water dispenser and has a bathroom too. The workout is hard so try all the instructors and find your fave. Jasmine just knows how to torch your muscles, Stephanie W gave me a slower burn (had shakes after class), and Cereza the owner knows how to make you sweat… she is just the kindest soul ? careful you’ll get addicted…“

The members are amazing. They are all friendly and will make anyone feel welcome. The owner JP was made for the role of coach and owner. He is welcoming, encouraging and inclusive. If you are looking for a regular gym this is the place for you. If you're just dropping in. Also a great place. Bonus they have easy parking and reasonable drop in rates. Also close to some good food and coffee after!“

“Long overdue review. I went to see Johnny several years ago after suffering with tennis elbow for about a year. Johnny fixed it. Permanently. It's been about 8 years now, and it hasn't come back. He also took me and my wife through a solid foundation of stretching and strength foundational excercises. The dude is super knowledgeable, super nice, and really good at what he does. Thinking of going in soon for a back tune-up, after months quarantine sitting.“
