Wanted to give a shout-out to Helen here:I’ve been working with Helen for 5 weeks to get me back in shape after a year layoff from a torn achilles. I let Helen know what I was looking for: someone to push me, help put back on muscle mass, and especially shoring up my posterior muscles. She came up with an outline of how we’d accomplish this and pushed me to work out to my limits… like my old high school coaches used to do. Knowledgeable, attentive, and will leave you feeling healthier coming out of the gym!

I’ve been training with Helen for years. She has always been patient, designed the training plan to suit my needs, and provided valuable information regarding my diet (she went to school for this, so you know she’s professional).
