Scott was very supportive and a great instructor. He was mindful to everyone who may have not been as advanced and was still just excited for us to be there which helps people feel more comfortable and enjoy the experience more. The environment was very clean and the energy was warm and inviting. Will definitely be coming back.
Erik is one of the best instructors at Barry’s! He brings so much energy to the class, makes it feel like a small group, he’s hands on to help with form, he encourages us to show up for ourselves, and then he wraps the class with thoughtful wisdom to walk away with as we cool down. Always a 11/10 class!
Erik was awesome! This was my first time at Barry's, and I already felt a sense of community. All of the staff members were welcoming, and any questions I had were answered fully. I really enjoyed the high-intensity class and felt that everyone was really there to better themselves. A great experience, and I am looking forward to attending again!
