    I started training with STRUT as I wanted to lose body fat, tone up and increase muscle mass. When I started my body fat was 31.8 and as of today I am at 22.7 and delighted with the results. I know that a regular gym is not for me, but STRUT creates an environment which they gently encourage and completely support me. STRUT is great for building your confidence in an environment that is focused on learning and achieving your personal goals.I would like to shout out to my personal trainer Olivia, Jason and the entire team of STRUT????So grateful ??❤️??

    My second 30-day Strut Fitness challenge is officially over! With that being said, during my 30 days here, I have accomplished, learned, and achieved so much. The first thing I learned was a healthy diet. Before the challenge, I was on a seafood diet; I saw it, I would eat it. Although it was a tough transition, I made it through. Withproper diet + crushing my workouts, my abdomen area got smaller and smaller. Accomplishing this has been a goal of mine for the last five years!     The Strut family is amazing! I have never really worked out in my life but I decided it's time to make a change. I joined Strut 3 months ago and the classes are amazing! I am getting stronger and healthier by the day. The support you get from the trainers and the people that go there is just wonderful. I love that they have several classes to accommodate everyone's schedule. As a working mom getting my workout at 5:30am makes it easier. A big shout out to Jason, Jesse, Olivia and Antoine! I also love the 30 day challenges, it certainly keeps you accountable. I highly recommend Strut to anyone who is serious about their health!
