“I’m a renter and our water heater started to leak all over the floor last Friday evening. I tried to reach out to local Castro Valley plumbers, but those who answered the phone were booked for week ahead. Fito was just next door in Hayward and picked up the phone around 8pm. Since we are renters, he requested to speak to the owner, and after talking to them he scheduled his crew for next day morning. His team showed up on Saturday morning on time. I called Monday morning, left a message, and Juan showed up Monday afternoon and did 2+ hours of rooter and camera work before he concluded that my lateral line had collapsed and needed replacement.
