This company is incredible! I initially had an issue with an employee and was ready to move on after leaving a negative review. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the company reached out to me and resolved everything in such a thoughtful and impressive way. What an amazing experience!

Reviews
My kitchen sink was badly clogged. Plunging and an application of Liquid Plumber wasn’t making any progress. I called several plumbers to get estimates. The first plumber wanted DOUBLE the cost that I paid Oakland Rooter. Other plumbers weren’t available until late afternoon or the next day.
Oakland Rooter had someone at my front door in about an hour. Angel was friendly and professional. He assessed the situation and had it done in about an hour and for a fair price.
I will definitely use Oakland Rooter for future plumbing needs.
I called Oakland rooter at 6 am in the morning. I left a voice message for someone to call me back once they opened. To my surprise I received a call at 7 am. Office manger Miguel called me and I was on the books for an 8 am to 9 am arrival window. Eddie and Will diagnosed my unknown leak after an extensive inspection. Turns out I needed to change out a toilet wax ring. So I decided to just change out the entire toilet. They picked up the new one from Home Depot and disposed of the old one.
I am so happy with their work. For once I had a great visit by a plumbing company.
