We had a clog in our main drain pipe from kitchen to main of about 55’. He went into the crawl space and took many pictures and reviewed it with me and pin point areas of concern. We knew going in our 60 year old galvanized drain pipe has outlived its life so he went through and also gave us a quote on replacement but also answered all my questions and concerns about the process, what materials they use and such.
