Elijah was very knowledgeable and had out toilet working properly in less than 10min. He came in with this air plunger that cleared up the issue super fast. On top of that, he was very respectful and mindful of our home and kids running around.
i used the $77 drain cleaning to unclog a bathroom sink. Brandon Lozada was dispatched and came on time. He was super friendly and explained everything he was going to do. He clearly explained that the $77 doesn't cover any removal of ptraps etc, which is fine since i just removed it for him.Brandon kept everything neat and clean as he worked, and snaked the sink as planned. He cleared through the initial blockage that i was stuck on, and i asked if he was done. But he wanted to make sure the whole length was ran through to clear anything else that was there. We have been looking for a plumber that is nice, helpful, and trustworthy. When we called Rooter Hero, we did not know what to expect. What a pleasant surprise! The guys who came, Jose and Juan Romero, were awesome. They were completely up front with their price estimate, and there was no pressure or upselling. They fixed our clog at a really reasonable price. The best thing about these guys was they really cared about us. They were not going to leave until our problem was fixed, no matter what needed to be done. They went above and beyond. I recommend these guys without reservation.
