I contacted Elite Rooter to do a trenchless sewer replacement of my old cast iron sewer line and sundry other repairs to the sewer and water line. The crew of Basillio, Zac, Casemino, Brad and Ricky were exceptionally friendly, courteous, professional and helpful and were able to make the process as painless and possible and minimize damage to my landscaping.

We appreciate promptness, punctuality and efficiency. Elite Rooter replied to our search for a rooting service in minutes. Our laundry pipe was clogged so there was a big leak on the floor. We set the site visit and Miguel Alba arrived at the appointed time, same day. Miguel explained clearly what was needed to resolve the leak. After replacing the old and not-so- sturdy pipe connecting to the laundry there was still leaking. So the next day he went down the crawl space to find the “root” of the problem. I am very, very satisfied with the professional service I received from Elite Rooter. Agustin Alba was very informative, friendly, and professional. He went well beyond the normal service of other plumbers, and even went under the house to inspect the pipes.
