Last month Vu came to our new home to talk with me about a couple of potential plumbing issues. I felt his assessment was very honest, and he certainly was not trying to recommend repairs we didn't need. He recommended the main valve be replaced (which the home inspection report had also recommended). He replaced the main valve today, which looks much better than the patchwork job with plastic piping previously done. His communication before and through the job was excellent.

We needed a Kitchen Faucet replaced...We bought it a LOWES...Their in house installers seemed OK...But we wanted to get established with a Local Plumber that has a broad range of services...We use YELP ratings to narrow our search...We made calls to other plumbers and they either didn't service our area or would not commit to a Approximate Cost...I know every install would be different but ours was a DIRECT replacement and so a "Ballpark Price" seemed doable....The phone call to Handy for the appointment was very pain free. Last night, my house's main drain line got clogged. I called the plumbing service at 9:30 AM, and they came within 2 hours, which was a pleasant surprise. The service was very professional. They tried a regular drain snake but had to switch to high-pressure water, which finally cleared the clog after a second attempt.After cleaning the drain, they used a camera to check for any damage. Thankfully, there was none, just an extra T-shaped section before connecting to the city sewer line. They also used a detection machine to show me where it was, so I could add a drain cleanout there.The service was excellent, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended!
